I have a captive born albino Harquahala Mountain AZ (AZ Chocolate) rosy boa that was just sent to me via FedEx. He was very dehydrated and is producing a buldge on his throat, just behind his lower jaw. It seems to be random, but consist with his breathing. I assume he has some kind of respiratory issue. My wife is a vet tech for a vet that can/will help with any treatment. Please advise with any knowledge that you mat have with this issue.
Thank you very much,
Jerry Hartley

) I would suggest you follow the your wife and her vet on diagnoses and treatment. From your description it is hard to even get a good guess at what is going on. Is this veterinarian very experienced with reptiles? If not suggest her to use the www.vin.com site to talk this case with exotic colleuges and/or refer you to a vet that has more experience.
