Actually, I shot this pic at the San Antonio Zoo this morning and I forgot what species it was. It is a South/Central American species.
No fair looking in Campbell and Lamar or other books. I can do that when I get home.

I think it is a species of Bothriopsis (it isn't a rattlesnake) and I believe it was from Peru(?).
Just wondered if anyone could help me ID it. I can always call the zoo, but this provides some entertainment for the rest of you at least.
