How big is the Burm?

Your cages dimensions are nearly the same floor area sq.footage as my jumbo cages.24 sq ft. So yes, 6'x4' would work.
I would'nt go 4 ft high though.
No need to,large burms dont climb.Or dont climb that often. ( mine do) And to try and heat an enclosure that high, and to keep humidity up, is too much bother.
Go with more floor space, but for a burm...18" ia plenty high enough.

With the smallest dimension being four feet long - once you build that monster, you're not going to be able to move it through any doorway in a typical home. For that reason alone, I'd recommend a cage height of no more than 24 inches.

In addition, a four foot depth will require that you crawl inside the cage for routine maintenance. And the odds are high that your snake will deposit its wastes waaaaaaaay in the back.

If you make the cage too short but still give it some depth then you'll be exposing your face, neck, torso, and arms to a feeding response bite. This is now most accidents happen with large constrictors.

This is also determined by the height of the upper and lower lips.

Plan carefully!

If you are building out of plywood or other sheet-good then I would suggest going with an 7 or 8L x 3D x 18-24"H as stated the 4ft depth is way to far to reach in both for convenience and safety. And the heighth will be more manageable for heat and humidity.
