Its a nice snake, but unfortunately not new or different. They are quite common alongside tricolored ones, or ones w/o white. Cool pics though, thanks for posting.

This one was found near Whitewater in Palm Springs. I've seen dozens and doezens of shovel nose in that area and never seen anything but yellow and black ones.
