i noticed this morning that my euro has alot of white crustation around his nostril holes. any help would be appreciated.

You can wipe it away with a piece of paper towel and warm water if you don't like it or feel it is blocking the nostrils. Perfectly normal as said before.

speaking of snalt, the dandelion greens or bok choy must be extra salty this time around because hugo and helga looked like they had been doing some illegal drugs when they woke up this morning

Jsut regulating salt- just like Iguanas-it will keep you busy cleaning glass windows!!
