Reptile hammock & pellets

What's the max. size BD a corner reptile hammock can hold? I know they're commonly used for juvenile BD's, but I'm not sure if one would hold my pudgy nearly one yr old.

Also, what's the best brand of pelleted food to mix with veggies? He's a great eater and pretty "open minded" about the foods he eats, so I think I may have some success with pellets.
