yet another awesome cteno. Is it a pectinata? or maybe acanthura? Boy your clues are really helpful! LOL.
Acanthura, I think! LOL
looks like acanthura.looks too light and the snout appears too short to be pectinata.
I dont remember if this is acanthura or not but I think I know who's it is...

Looks like something I caught recently. I say C. Pectinata, but if we can get a close-up picture of the base of the tail it will help. Could also be C. Acanthura.
