Stackable Cage Plans

Piglet106 Mar 05, 2005 08:18 PM

Does anyone know where I can find plans for making a stackable reptile cage setup....my husband and I are trying to get all of our reptiles in one setup, I know the cages by design sell a setup, but it is certainly expensive....Thanks....

Hi,

Here are some plans for cages that Greg Maxwell uses for chondros. They have sliding glass door fronts and I'm sure they would work well as is or with some slight modifications for Beardies. They are nice cages. Here is the link for construction details:

And on this page you can see a picture of a wall of his cages or what they look like stacked:

Otherwise I like pvc type cages with sliding glass doors myself. Boaphile has nice cages (although I only have experience with some of the racks he makes) and Vision has a nice new cage for less than $200 delivered that could work well for dragons.

Just some of my thoughts.

Good luck,

Ian
