breeding terrificus

I recently aquired an awsome pair of c.d.terrificus in a trade and would like to breed them. However I have limited experience with this species. How big do they need to be to breed? Right now the female is just under the 3ft mark and the male is just over 2ft. I feed weekly and they both have nice body weight. How should I cycle them? Any help would be appreciated.
