Are these the Easterns that get really big? My husband raves about the wild Easterns he used to pick up in the woods growing up in New Jersey...the pattern he describes is just like your snake, jet black and thin, thin white chains...where did you get him again?

I am going to help you out a little cuz this post is buried. He says the snake is from "Hillson" in his original post and that is Keith Hillson. Look fo any post with his name as the author or look at the top of the forum before the post start and there is a Eastern King Resource site that Keith runs and there are pics of almost every locale that the easterns naturally occur in. Besides being a great site it will give you a way to get ahold of Keith. Or just start a thread with Hillson as the title and he is sure to respond.
Now good luck and add a Eastern to that list of animals you keep.
