Ringed Easterns????? Pic of an eastern (Columbia county, FL) with an Annulata trait:

BlueKing Mar 05, 2005 09:52 PM

Anyone else have any Easterns that have completely abandoned their classic "chain" look, and opted for the annulata (ringed) snake look. Post your pics, please.
This is a baby from two wild caught Lake City Florida Easterns. Most of this snake's bands encircle the entire body and if not, than close to it. . .

Haha! Thanks Mike! The weather here has been like a roller coaster, but most of the time it has been just a little too cool. Went out again today, and all I found was a large 4.5 foot female black racer. . . I am still looking, though! I think my chances will be getting better in about a week or two. It's just about that time of year . . .
