when we were in san francisco last weekend, we came across this bird when leaving a restaurant. he has two legs, but only one foot. i am not really sure why the picture looks grainy. just thought i would share the oddity

I saw this thing at petshop yesterday !
This was a "Gris africain"... 1599$
The parrot was standing there one footed too.
I think they sleep like that ...
You know, they sleep one side of brain at a time. The remaining side controls the opposite side of the body and the same side eye.
The granularity of the picture is muchmore odd than the bird itself

because yeah, they do sleep and rest standing on one leg, so maybe the angle ya can't see the rest of the foot.
I certainly would like to think this pretty bird has its feet, ya know So I'm going to PRETEND he does, even If he does not

sorry eve, we stared at him for a long time and you can see his other leg to the left of the one he is standing on. he seemed very chubby so i don't think he lets it get to him very much
