What is that structure he's in?
Bill
He's in a Neodesha cage, He's on an old parakeet gym with some fake branches that I put in his cage to give him something to climb on. Since he only takes live mice right now he likes to hunt them from above. He is wild caught and that's the method I used to get him to start eating and I just never took it from him.
That parakeet gym is a cool idea.
I use perches for my IJs as well. Either in the Neo 3-foot slants or the 4-foot custom. In the 4-footer I use a piece of PVC pipe, and the 3-footers have Habitat Systems fiberglass branches mounted across diagonally with BARRS perch hangers.
Since I use radiant panels for heat, the IJs make good use of the perches.
