A 20 gallon high would be better for two Anoles. A 15 gallon is a bit small. You might have humidity and temperature issues with the mesh enclosure. They are a bit difficult to keep the humidity and temperature properly regulated.
Are you referring to one of those Flexariums? I would strongly recommend not using those for anoles..I have one for chams because, even though they also need the high humidity, they also need the air exchange that you wouldn't get with a glass terrarium. It's a PAIN to keep humid, that's why you'll see most people who own them have a humidifier set up, or at least a sprinkler system.
15 gallons is too small for 2 in my opinion..but then again I also disagree with 1 in a 10 gallon as you'll find to be what most recommend..although they are small, a healthy anole will be an active anole - it's nice to provide them with space to do so. Plus it's better to go bigger in order for them to regulate their temps. by being able to move from a cooler side to the warm side and vice versa. You'll find them more interesting as well if they are provided the space to move around and hunt and stuff
>>Hey guys
Alo-ha, Ontario!

You're defintely better off with the glass terrarium if you are
located up north in Ontario, Canada, but if you're in
Ontario, CA USA then, depending on the year-round weather in
Ontario, CA USA a 22 gallon mesh enclosure might work well for
you. Location. Location. Location.
The things you have to keep in mind are heat, humidity and
lighting. The three essentials every Anole on captivity must
have to live, and live well, in captivity. Peace.

A-lot isn't here right now, but I'll be sure to tell em
you thanked him.
Just a joke. Just a joke. Good luck with
your Anole(s)!
Very true...I know I have problems with humidity because I live in such a dry place. I live in BC, the interior however, not the nice wet coast, where it is very dry and a pain in my rear keeping my herps humid enough!
It's pretty dry in Ontario isn't it? So yeah, even more of a reason not to use a mesh enclosure
Don't forget Ontario, OR!! Extremely dry there - had one anole when I lived there. Misted the cage a LOT.

That's interesting. I would have thought the Pacific northwest
would, at least part of the year, be quite rainy and as a
result humid as well.
I'm dealing with a humidity problem myself here
in the NE US, but it has more to do with the dry heat in the
building where I live than the regional climate. Peace.

Everyone thinks that Oregon = rain. On the western third of the state (where I am now), that's true. But 2/3 of the state is high desert - very dry and alkaline. It's HARD to keep up humidity and keep water spots off the glass there.

That's interesting to learn about Oregon. You're right about
what everyone thinks about Oregon though. I always did. You
know the Pacific Northwest with lots of trees and forests...
I've heard from someone that if you only provide and use
bottled distilled water in/on your Anoles' tank that will
eliminate or at least cut down on the water spots because
distilled water has had all of the trace elements removed
from it as a unintended side effect of the distillation
process that it is put through. Peace.

That's correct. Filtered or distilled water will greatly eliminate hard water spots which are difficult to remove.

I *think* I learned that from one of your posts, Atrax. The
student teaching the teacher.
Peace.
