Best Book?

lele Mar 06, 2005 04:20 PM

Hi All,

I will soon be getting a beardie (my first, but not my first herp) and am wondering if it is worth getting one good book as reference or resource or will I find most info here and online. Have a cham, have several books, rarely refer to them. Any thoughts?

thanks,
lele

Hey Lele! I would have to agree that I have also had great success with the information Philippe de Vosjoli provided in "The Bearded Dragon Manual"

I have a couple of bearded books but like you I very rarely ever looked at them. The way the hobby changes I think I can get more up to date info from online sites like this forum. Just my opinion. Good Luck.

Thanks for the replies! I have P. deV's book on chams and I do like the succinctness of it. Of course I will be lurking here a lot, too
