***shaking head in disbelief***

Who told you to put sticky tiles in your tank???? Some glues become toxic when heated past a certain degree....

I've actually been using the vinyl tile with the sticky stuff on it for a while now. I've never had any problems with it. I didn't stick it to the bottom of the cage though, I put something on the back so I could still take the tile out and clean it.

I have a question about tiles . . . I was told to not use ceramic stuff in the set up because with the heat source, it oculd over heat and burn my leos' bellies. WOuldn't ceramic tile over heat with the heat lamp?? Also, how effective would an undertank heater be w/ tiling?? Do you use ceramic?? I'm getting the jist that linoleum is probably NOT the way to go because of the glue. Looking for suggestions to keep my leos' healthy and safe . . .
