OK experts, got any clues?

This is Satan, my rather bad-tempered Banka male. If you look closely at his dorsal area you will see some white markings. He is an import but I think he is parasite free internally and externally. He had the marks when I first got him and they were there right after his last shed. I bathe him and I see no change. I've gotten a pretty fair look at them but this character will litterally chase me around the room if I let him. They have no real form and no real depth. Is it scar tissue? Just some white pigment?
Is it his bad mo-jo leaking out?

Sorry man I'm no expert but I'd say they are scars. My big red had some scabs that turned into scars which are really white. But man that guy must have been in one tight spot to rake his back like that.Otherwise you got a pied blood.Great red color on him regardless.

Did you notice that the white specks are almost, but not entirely, on or around the dorsal stripe itself? I am beginning to think it is just lack of pigment. He does have great color and a nice stripe too bad he has the personality of the anti-christ. I got another less colorful male along with him and the not-so-attractive guy is pretty docile. That figures huh?

Yea I'm gonna go with scars on this one too. When the scales are damaged (or somewhat removed) there is white skin under them. Usually it it will start to try and heal itself and form what looks like a knot in the skin. And I'm not positive on the reason for this, but I'm guessing if there isnt proper skin reproduction it will shed out with the old skin and start over again. Some betadine solution should help but it might be kinda hard to put on with gloves on, lol.

I'm betting if he's an import, those are probably tick related scars where ticks have been removed.
