Are mali uromastyx's scientific name uromastyx maliensis, or uromastyx dispar maliensis?

I don't know for sure, but this site shows it as U. dispar maliensis. It looks like the site is from 2003, though - the taxonomy has been shifting and changing a lot as people study the genus, as I understand it. I don't know if this is the most recent classification.
