Leucistic texas rat question

I just picked up an adult male leucistic texas rat. The tips of 3 of his scales are black...not the whole scale just part of it..has anyone seen that before.

Yes, it's not extremly uncommon. However, this isn't anything that's going to go away.. it's gonna be like that forever most likely.
