My ugly mexicana...

crimsonking Mar 07, 2005 08:04 PM

...well not really. This is my "B" team this year. The duller of the two is a brownish-gray female about to go blue and the brighter "classic" mex-mex is one of the males I produced years ago but I have never bred him since my other male is brighter and I had only one female before.
One thing about the mex-mex is their ease and success of breeding. Not many snakes are easier in my opinion.
I'll have to get pics up of my "A" team now....
HA!

Great Mex mex Mark.
I wonder how good the girl will look after a shed?? That classic looking male is good and clean too. I would love to see the "better" one...
It will also be fun to watch what will emerge from the eggs with that pair.
And, I too, cannot believe how easy these guys are to work with. Mine never refuse meals and breed readily. I wish all snakes were as easy to breed and keep.....
Nice snakes Mark! Now let's see the "A" Team.....

Just pairing them up so I didn't want to interrupt, but I had to clean their cages, so I snapped this. Female is one with square saddles.
