Polychrus marmoratus, also known as bush anole, many-colored anole, and peruviaun monkey tailed lizard. I've seen these available from some of the importers infrequently and have kept them myself without a lot of success. Beautiful little lizards and they don't have the typical flighty behavior that most anoles do. When I kept them they would leap right out of the enclosure to hang out on your arm or shoulder.
