Umm does anyone know if African Clawed Frog females can get the same dark forearms as the males? Because everyone thinks mine is a female but it gets those dark markings. Here's a pic, she's about 4 1/2"-5" and still growing.

Oh yeah all 4 of those frogs were bought on the same day at the same size. The 4th one is not in the picture but it's the same size as the 2 normal colored frogs.

You mean nupital pads ?Only males have that.

Well it's not necessarily the nuptial pads, the arms don't swell up for them or anything. They just get the black coloration that goes along with it.
