red dye and snakes question

gone_balls_crazy Mar 08, 2005 04:33 PM

I just realized that the dog food company that I use to feed my rats has changed their formula and it now has red dye in it! I have been feeding it to my rats for about 3-4 days. Will this harm my snakes that I have fed? I cant believe they change their formula! Thank you for your help!!!

No need to prove it out now. Not genetic, rather an aquired trait : ) Oh ya, and my cousin used to think he was alergic to red 40. And yellow 5 shrinks something right? OK I'm done now.

(sorry, I don't know the answer but I would guess you should be fine)

Toss the rodents.

Feed dogs dog food.
Feed Rodents rodent food.

Problem solved
