My baby won't eat

Hello again to all. I had posted an earlier message about my turtles tank. In that post I mentioned that I found foods that it really seemed to like. Well, yesterday I got he/she to eat acouple small pieces of worm and acouple pieces of dried shrimp and my baby seemed to really like them both. Now today, he/she won't eat. Should I be worried?
