what a big fella. How is is temperment? What foods does he prefer? Whats his setup and enclosure like?

That sure is a fine $20 u got there? Have any luck breeding that?? Hehe

He has a great temperment. A real sweetheart. He was a rescue, the woman who had him before me almost starved him to death, he was sooooo thin. All his colors were gone and he looked exactly like a snow, it was soo sad. He pulled around really well though, as you can see, and has packed on the extra weight. Currently he is set up in his own 20gallon long, he is on fine screened washed play sand, with a high temp of 90degrees, two hiding spots and a water dish. He eats any insect, mainly crickets and a variety of worms.

I have never bred him because im not sure on his age and he seems to have less than adequate eyesight. I have had him for almost 4 years now, and i don't know how old he was when he came to me. Im not sure if his bad eyesight is due to age, his previous malnutrition, or his genes, but either way i didnt want to risk breeding it into any other leos. He makes a great "pet" display lizard though!

He's precious, I love him. Does he have a name? Also, that's a sad little story on his past owner. Nice work and take care.

My female was the same. She was starved almost to death and she's a sweetheart. I don't know what it is about animals that have been mistreated because she's the sweetest out of all my reptiles and she's the only one that was ever mistreated. My others either came from a great home where the people didn't know what they were getting into or a very nice family owned pet store. She'll never bite me, she loves to be held and play outside the tank. I think rescues make the best pets.

You got yourself a real cute leo.

So...........I see your rich........lol just kidding. Usually I see people measure things against a $1 bill not a $20, but hey might as well flaunt it if you got it right.
