The new Cornsnake Manual has been printed! more...

kathylove Mar 09, 2005 02:49 PM

We already have an advance copy to look at, and the boatload of books is on its way from Singapore. The new version has a new title - Cornsnakes - The Comprehensive Owner's Guide. It is bigger and has more photos than the old Manual, but the price has gone up a bit too.

They are supposed to be here by mid-April, so I am really excited! There are more details and a photo of the cover on my website.

Are you taking a break from BP land, lol? (I even broke down and got ONE myself!)

Would have put your photo in it, but never got one of you - you are just too shy!!

Nice to hear from you anyway!

.....yes..a ball break I guess........they make more money and are less work..yet if someone steals an albino corn it would have been $1985.00 cheaper for me.........

been breeding corns as of now...this morning actually I changed all the adults around with clean cages and new partners if possible........too many corns,.......too much work.....LOL......still fun.......fun to see what all little colored heads pop out too............*(from eggs)....

looking forward to the new version of the book.........

and no I was just kidding about my pic..............

I did see Bill at Valley Forge /Philly show........you just walked back to table also.........but .trying to get close at that momment was not really possible........I guess you are just too popular.........

see you sometime soon.............good luck...........

Kudos, Kathy. I'm sure the list is already beginning. I preordered with AVS a few months ago so we'll be selling them from our site as soon as they arrive. I'll need a good shot of the cover for advertising when you get one.

Bill, congratulations to you too. The industry was way overdue for this.

You can pull the cover photo off my website for the time being...BUT...seems like half the photos in the book are yours anyway(THANKS BTW!), so you may just want to take your own great photo, lol!

DonSoderberg Mar 10, 2005 11:38 PM

Thanx. I'll go check out the cover on your site.

I hope I can snag that anery-stripe from you, but don't hesitate to sell him if you get the chance. I snooze, I lose.

Of course it's my opinion, I said it, didn't I?
Breeding season is always just around the corner....JOY!!!

The first book got me hooked. I hope this is as good. In the reptile world it's nice to get solid information from an experienced breeder/enthusiast.
