My girlie is getting really active lately and is very anxious to get out of the cage. When I have her out, she keeps trying to get away and just run around. Is there any way to make a leash or something for her? I have seen those on dragons... or are they not good? Thanks, and sorry if that seems silly.

they both tolerate being on a leash. Our male actually gets excited when he sees his leash--he knows he will be going outside! Our new female (adult) is pretty new to leashes. I took her to the vet today on her leash and she did great. Our female is a German Giant so we use a 'ferret' leash (with the armholes) for her and a regular lizard leash (again with armholes) for our male.

I feel much safer letting my kids (teenagers) take the lizards out for walks when they are on a leash.
