Any advice on caging is greatly appreciated!

I have two incredible adult beardies, Bernard being the male and Barbie the female. I have them housed in separate tanks, but about a week ago I ordered a 24"H 60"L 18"D cages from Cages By Design. They get along well when together, after Bernard finally gets the "hint" that Barbie is not in the mood. Is it necessary to install a divider in their new cage or do they need separate cages all together? Thank you so much for any help you can give me; I don't know what I'd do without all the advice and information I get from you guys!

It is generally not a good idea to house a male and female permanantly together because of the fear of over breeding.

Its always a good idea to house males and females separately as the males will stress the females out with their constant want to mate. Occassional visits are ok...but dont make it a permanent thing. Tell Barbie & Bernard its best if they dont live together. Good Luck with the new tank!
