I usually use Sani-Chips from Harlan-Teklad (I believe they have a website). I assume you mean for ball pythons? Aspen bedding is also good, but stay away from cedar or pine! You can also use orchid bark (make sure it contains no chemicals or fertilizers, it's basically what Repti-Bark is made out of. Whatever you use, make sure it stays clean and dry.

Good luck!

I'm switching over from newspaper to Sani-Chips (PJ Murphy CO). This looks like a very nice product just makesure to get the Aspen wood version of it. Because it's made in Maple also.

If you feed thawed rodents, I would worry about using it. The texture is small and fine and may stick to thawed rodents.

I can't help but wonder if my snakes will enjoy burrowing into it's lite texture, I've used newspaper and paper towels for hatchlings my whole life. I am adding hides to every-cage since there will be NO NEWSPAPER.

I beleive the Snake Keeper also uses this product in there cages, from watching there Video set.
