I wouldn't recommend using Flukers..here is my method of gut loading that works well with my panthers: collard greens, oranges, tropical fish food flakes, mustard greens, melon, crushed dry iguana diet, crushed alfalfa pellets, carrots, and crushed high quality cat food. Don't offer this all at one time, use 3 ingredients one week, then the next 3 the following week, and so on. Hope this helps.

Hi Nez,

Did you see my reply below re: gutloading and feeding? With links?

Some of the problem with store bought brands is the freshness. Their shelf-life is short, they sit on a shelf under light in plastic containers. If you make the adcham recipe you can make what you need and store in the fridge making fresh about once a month. Cricketfood.com makes their's fresh to order. Both of these are good gutloads. Best to get into good gutloading habits now for the life of your cham. Remember, that the quality of food you give your crickets, and other feeders, is the quality of food/nutrition you are giving your little cham - you don't want to skimp
