Weird color change in B.C.C. (PICS)

biggworm Mar 11, 2005 01:34 AM

My girl was off feed for three months and she finally ate for me three weeks in a row now.She was in light phase and looked almost pastel. This never happened before.Personally I hope she stays purple and doesn't lighten up.Below are before and after shots.

i'm with you, i like the purple and dark pink too! she looks very nice the way she is though. were you planning to breed her with that clean male you sold? they would have made some kick ass babies.. or is it because you have another male? post pics if you do. cool snake man,
tristan

Hey Tristan,After selling the male,I have no male now and looking for an a big adult male.As you know the money I was supposed to use was spent on that screaming blood.LOL.I now have to start all over and raise funds for a killer animal.Oh yeah man I love that bluish colored suri.

color somewhat. The older female seems to get more speckles with
every shed, and the younger male is just the opposite.

He was born with kind of a mottled grey color and now is a
gorgeous pinkish, purple. He is getting better looking while his
future wife is almost at the point of being replaced..

He's very cool, he likes to just hang with the guys.
Temperament-wise she is getting grouchier all the time, maybe
she knows her looks are fading fast.
