Hi guys...
I have a juvie female leo with problems. This gecko has been losing weight first of all. She was having problems shedding, and she had stuck shed on her head. I began to remove the shed from her head, to help her out. When I was removing it from one of her eyes, a large amount of puss cam out of her eye. When I removed the shed from the other eye, no puss came out but it looked like either the eye was gone, or it was covered with dry puss. I have been giving her eye drops from my vet, but it doesn't seem to be working, the eye drops just roll out of the eyes. Also, her cloaca is red and swollen. She will be going to the vet if she makes it through the weekend. Any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that I neglected to keep her humid hide wet enough. That is why I though she had a stuck shed. Also, she has been living with another female leo, who shows no problems at all.

First of all seperate your leos ASAP. You don't want any of the problems from one to go to the other even if it's just bad shed. Second, get a vet appointment as fast as you can. Keep using the eye drops, even if they seem not to work they are probably doing her some good.

seems liek what mine had without the puss n the swollen thing but is she pooping alright becasue it may be impactions and teh eye infection could be a small part of the bigger problem to help you with your problem go 2 www.drgecko.com and it has alot of sicknesses the leo could possibly have mien also was a female juvy
