i doubt a short period of 80 degrees will prove to be detrimental to the eggs. now if this had gone on for more than a day, you might be in some trouble, but i remember hearing somewhere before that pietschmanni actually come from a slightly warmer area of madagascar, so it might not hurt the eggs as much as you think. and where do you live where your temps got into the 80's in march? open some windows and get some cool air in, and be sure to take care of the problem quickly should it happen again. im pretty sure we'll still see some healthy geckos hatching out in a while. how long did your first batch of pietschmanni take to hatch again??
