Not that I've heard. I know the carnivals use iguanas as games prizes, but they did in NYC after it was illegal to possess the lizard. I do know people in TN who keep lizards.

Very strict laws here....to be "legal", you'll need an import permit to bring your geckos across the state line...about 10.00 for a 1 time shipment...after that you're ok....whatever you do, don't take ANY herps from the wild here....can't even touch/bother/move to photogaph, etc them....."legally"....
