I have a pair of RES, the male(Osiris) has outgrown the female GREATLY. She (Isis) is very lathargic, does not eat well and has some discoloration upon her back leg. Her eyes are puffy and closed almost all of the time now. Is Isis suffering from vitamin A and D possibly? Can someone please help us.

Definitely sounds to me like you need to get that poor turtle to a vet AND get it away from that other turtle too! If it does have something contagiuos, it could EASILY pass it on to your healthy turtle. I would say put this other turtle in some warmer water until you can get her to a vet. She definitely needs a vet though... those signs sound SERIUOS! if you dont get this taken care of, she will probably die....
