hi,
my redtail burn herself on my under tank heat pad someone
must have moved the dial to turn it up .its not red anymore i have been putting proxide and antibiotic cream on it now it look
like a blister with fluid under it is that ok or should i soak
her and drain the fluid and put more cream on it .

An antibiotic cream like Neosporin may help, but really you should get your snake to a vet. It should be put on antibiotics to prevent, or perhaps in this case, fight infection.
