Hi everyone,
I'm still trying to improve my photographic skills, as usual, and here's one that I think came out alright. I used a couple of light sources - one of which is a home-made softbox. It's really cheap (and looks it!), but it does the job...
Here's me and my burm - on a cold winter day (that's why I'm wearing my hat indoors (heat isn't cheap these days!)):

One thing I also wanted to mention, to be clear, is that when I take these photos I am NOT alone. Even though I do all the 'photographing' myself, I do have someone (usually my girlfriend) there with me to help with handling my burm. I only bring this up because I understand that it could be easy to mistakenly make the assumption, from looking at the photos, that I'm the only one there at the time. I'm not - I completely support the practice of having a second person in attendance when handling a large burm.
Thanks for looking (and let me know what you think about the photo - I welcome any comments/criticism (constructive)/etc,
- Mark
