Hi all.

Hey everyone, I'm Danny from Carlsbad, CA. Decided I would finally post as I have been checking out the boards for about 6 months now.

Anyway, I just got back from the IRBA show in Del Mar and decided to pick up a Colombian Red Tail to get me back into the hobby. Nothing fancy but I figured it was a nice way to ease myself back in. Now on to the question(s). What is the best way to let him get comfortable in his new home? I plan on feeding him in 3-4 days (they said he was fed on Wednesday and should try feeding in about 3 days) and will try handling in about a week or so. He has a nice sized hide rock with a Pet Med heating pad underneath. He also has a large water dish that allows him to completely soak if he feels the need and a Sandblasted Grapevine for climbing. Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Danny
