Hi Paul,

I wouldn't worry, when she is ready, she will start refusing food. Many of mine eat small meals (sm. rats) right up to ovulation, although most stop about a month previous. I assume that you look at her daily, have you seen the ovulation swelling yet? You'd know it if you did - a massive mid-body lump, with the snake often laying in a semi-contorted state. It will also look like all of the fat has bee sucked ouut of the tail and transported mid body.

Also, don't sweat the lack of rat evidence in the feces, she'll probably reward you with one massive pile-o-sh!# soon. When they are on a binge like that, they often save it up for a while, at least mine do. The only reason I'd fear constipation is if she is visibly dehydrated, and she doesnt look it from the picture. Good luck bud.

I wouldn't worrie, last year I had a female feed right up until the week or so before she laid her eggs. It is a good thing she has kept feeding because she will be less stressed and will recover from the eggs process faster. Thanks David

I think Kara from Nerd told you when you first posted the pic that you need a bigger incubation container. That egg will go bad because its getting too wet.

Move them to a bigger container. It should be fine but if you leave it in there you will loose it

Good luck

Raul
