I know its hard but you might want to face the facts...your snake has a drinking problem. The problem wont go away till your snake admits she has a ploblem and wants help. Did you get any newer pix of her yet??

ok so today i get up and i say to my self " Cody you crazy mofo y don't u give ABL a bath" what a grteat idea and i'll try feeding her while she is there. so i get the bath tub ready and i take ABL out but she was a little grumpy. so this being fun turned out to be a pain in the neck. the tub is litterly 18 feet away from her cage and it took me 15 minutes to get her in the tub. i figure it be easy being she is more then half way to the tub being she 13 feet long. when i finally get her in the bath room ( bathroom has 2 1/2'X 5' of walking space) she decides she was gunna try and rip my toilet out. so trying to get her off that was a pain and after another 5-10 minutes i got her in the tub.

yea so there she is happy in the tub so i try feeding her but she did not want anything to do with food. i left her in there for an hour and try food agein but still no go so i decided to take her out. but she was VERY HAPPY in there and did not want to leave. so the fight was on. aafter getting her out of the bath i got her back in to the other room and she was laying there on the floor and did not wana go back in her cage. her cage is 3 feet off the ground which in almost all cages would seem to be a bit of infermation that would not be needed. but in her case it is need trying to get her head up the 3 feet and in to the cage is a pain in the neck. wonce i got her in she was good to go. but i cant wait to get the rest of my money and and get her a new cage that will be on the floor this time Smile

It could take her weeks or months to come around to feeding again in this new setup. As I stated in a previous post, females may not have an overly heavy appetite during the first 6 months to a year after giving birth. What type of cage setup did the previous owners have her in?
