Calcium spray

matt43 Mar 12, 2005 11:36 PM

So, I purchased some of that liquid calcium spray stuff. It's marketed for iguanas, but the package says it's acceptable for torts and turts. Anyone use this stuff? Is it as effective as the powders? I've found the powders to be very messy and I am hoping to find an alternative.
Thanks!

actually, this stuff is intended to be sprayed on food and not on the carapace. I'm with ya, I don't trust shell wax either (except on my car!).
