My current collection is quite large and I have many insectivores. For the most part I feed dusted crickets and so far no I've had problems. However, I am looking to supplement the diet of several species with different feeders during dry spells when I have difficulty getting crickets. What does everyone have to say about the nutritional benefits of the above named feeders and the pros and cons of each?

I can't ever get my data sheet to ever paste here right so, I'll go this way. Wax worms are a waste of time, they have too much fat and a lot of other problems. Too be honest the best feeder you can get is roaches, and it's not even a close race.
