Poor boy

I just found my male corn with his hemipeni extended and dried out. I don't think the vet can do anything except clip them off and clean them up.

take him to the vet ASAP. I had that happen to my chameloen and there wasnt much that could be done to save him. I dont know if its the same with snakes, and I hope not, but get him help as quickly as you can. Good luck.
