If all animals are affected I would suspect a problem with husbandry. Either way, a vet visit seems like a good idea.

what does "suspect something wrong with husbandry" mean?

husbandry to me means how the frogs are set up and cared for, especially how well they are kept clean.

I suggest you take them to a vet. Bloating could be a sign of poisoning (e.g. from soap), or infection. Mucous from the mouth, and a bump on the eye could also mean some sort of infection. These animals are probably wild-caught, so the probability is high that they carry some sort of infection.

A "husbandary" is the place where husbands are raised in large numbers, and a "wifery" is the place where wives are raised in large numbers. (lol)

pretty funny on the husbandry and wifery

Two reasons why I suggested that the care be improved.
1) All frogs are affected, and bloating frogs is often a result of a cleanliness issue and or a pH/osmality issue.
2) 80% of all medical problems in herps are husbandry related

A herp vet to treat your frogs, and research via here, books and members of your local herp society to fix any husbandry issues.
