In S Nv a few smaller lizards are out and about but do not expect much as far as snakes or larger lizards quite yet. N Arizona is supposedly a bit cool as well. A warm day will bring some animals out as we have had spurts of warm weather lately. If you plan on collecting anything Az requires a fishing license and NV requires a non game permit available from Fish and Game. They are about 10 dollars if I remember right. I am not sure if it is higher for out of state applicants. We also have bag limits and a few protected species as well. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I was out in Arizona several years ago & looked into getting a license so that I could herp. Out of state was $100. I just looked at the herps without collecting.
