Here's a GA boy who'd like to play with your NJ boy Hillson! LOL

WizzKing Jul 08, 2003 08:52 PM

This is the GA boy you sold me Keith (sucka LOL), Augustus. He came in at 67" when I got finally some help and we were able measured him using lengths of string. He's now really starting to chow down after being sluggish for a couple of months.

You can see the lightening on the sides that is not unlike the OBK, which are only a hop skip and away from the coastal GA Easterns like this one (McIntosh Co.) with all of those islands GA has not unlike the OB.

Two shots; the tape measure is 60" and the photos are a little dark but I did the best I could!

Now THAT is a NICE southern getula! Love the perfect pattern and huge size. Wish they were all complete like that.

SMOKIN!!!!!!!!!
Perfect chain pattern all the way down to the tip of his tail and white speckling through out!
One of the nicest Easterns I've seen yet.
Jeez, Keith dropped the ball selling that one.

Thanks for the pics!

Thanks guys - he has one of the better, "perfect" patterns I've seen in a while (or owned) with the speckling on his sides and only a slight break way down his dorsum.

Augustus is a mellow Eastern who I got in mid-brumation. It's taken him about 3 months to really settle into a regular cycle but now he's on the prowl constantly and he's about to get beefed up!

Keith did let this one go but something tells me that the "Badger" (LOL) has got some sweeeet snakes tucked away, like that nice Jersey King he showed.

BTW, I'm jerking around with Keith - he didn't want to sell it but had to make choices, so....!

He looks great for snake that the vet said will live for maybe one more year due to the highly contagious untreatable virus he has. At least you have a few months left to enjoy him.
