Merauke/cape yorks are the most "rare". However i must stress not many people are dealing with locality specific animals. Most advertised on KS are more of a selling point / guess than anything.

MOST collectors / breeders with larger collections don't care about locality and are more attracted to pedigree. Me included.

I suggest you read a few locality debates on Greg's site, to put things in to better prospective (www.finegtps.com)
