Types of Fish to feed?? ----------need more variation----------

I need more variation and I am trying to get these guys off of feeder goldfish. I want to know, ( and I know ppl have posted before and I am sorry), what types of other fish can I feed my garters? Not necesarily live and I would prefer dead fish better, (they last longer and dont swim) LOL. I know trout is one, but what aobut others?
