ALways a slippery slope with this kind of identification.
But that would be my guess.
What is his size?

I dont know his weight as i dont have a scale.. but he is currently hovering at the 16" mark at about 2-2.5 years old.. How big were your males at this age??

THANKS!!

They vary from 18.5"-21"
They seeem to start to slowdown at this age.
Although the growth seems to still add 1" a year-I'm sure that will slow as well.
Looks like a good looking fellow.
How's the temperament?

His temperment is excellent. The pet store that had him did birthday parties, and they said they took him along with them. He comes right up to the glass when I walk by, and gladly takes anything from my hands. All his curiosity makes me laugh

i think it's a "he" because of the pores he has. My egyptian Dog has a lot of those pores and I'm 100% sure that he's a male. Nice looking guy you got. Congrats! Welcome to egyptians!
They're really curious lizards, mine are definately not lap dogs! They are true explorers and wanna burrow into every dark spot they find. It's fun watching them.
Keep us posted with his progress.
