New Uro..lighting/heating setup

We purchased our first Uro this weekend...need advise on the lighting/heating setup for her aquarium. She has a daytime light that enables the temp to get to 100. And we're using a red bulb (can't remember the wattage) at night. Should we also get an undertank heat mat?
